The company specialized as a niche-market servicing specialist, across a broad range of mortgage products. Celink began servicing loans in 1979 for the Michigan State Housing Development Authority, who remains a client to this day.
With almost three decades of experience in loan servicing excellence, Celink set course for an equally successful future in the reverse mortgage industry in early 2004. With no servicing technology platform commercially available, the company developed its own proprietary software, ReverServ™. Then, in mid-2005, Fannie Mae and HUD approved Celink as a reverse mortgage servicer.
