Executive Chairman
Jim Mahoney has been involved in the development, design, marketing, origination, and servicing of home equity conversion loans (reverse mortgages) since 1990. In his role as Executive Chairman, he focuses on strategy and direction at Celink.    He has served as Chairman and Special Advisor to Financial Freedom, subsequent to serving as the CEO of Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation.  Prior to the formation of FFSFC, he was the President  & CEO of Freedom Home Equity Partners, a home equity conversion originator that he helped develop from inception.    He is one of the leading authorities on reverse mortgage programs, a founding member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lender’s Association, and currently serves as its co-Chairman. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Irvine.
CEO
Jason McNamara serves as CEO of Celink, the nation’s largest independent reverse mortgage subservicer. He is also a principal at Peer Advisors LLC which  acquired Celink in February 2014. Peer Advisors LLC focuses on the emerging  senior housing finance market, including reverse mortgages. McNamara has led  a team of industry experts that have introduced the reverse mortgage industry to  private capital investment firms in an effort to grow the industry, and has also  developed a senior home finance product that is patent pending.    McNamara specializes in business leadership, corporate strategy, product  development, business development, technology, and marketing. McNamara is a  Director on the National Reverse Mortgage Lender’s Association (NRMLA) Board  of Directors, serves as Treasurer of NRMLA’s Executive Committee and Co- Chairs NRMLA’s Public Relations Committee.    McNamara came to Celink as an internationally recognized marketing and  technology thought leader with 20 years of experience leading multi-million dollar  growth in start-ups as well as public and multi-national organizations. He holds a  Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of  Wisconsin Stout. He believes that world class organizations like Celink are made  of professionals that enjoy what they do.
President and COO
Ryan LaRose has over 20 years of mortgage servicing background including experience with Default Management and Investor Accounting. He is widely acknowledged throughout the reverse mortgage industry as a subject matter expert in servicing.     Prior to joining Celink, LaRose worked in the banking and information technology industries. He joined Celink in 2005 to establish the Reverse Mortgage Servicing Department.    In 2014, he received national recognition through selection as one of HousingWire Magazine’s ‘Rising Stars’ – young professionals under the age of 40 poised for leadership in the mortgage industry. LaRose maintains excellent relationships with regulators, auditors, investors, lenders and clients alike, including Fannie Mae, HUD and Ginnie Mae.    He is an active member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lender’s Association (NRMLA) and currently co-chairs its Servicing Committee. He holds a BA in Business from Michigan State University. 
Executive Vice President of Finance
Al Benedetti oversees all finance-related activities at Celink including mergers, acquisitions, new ventures and investor reporting. He has been in the reverse mortgage industry since 1989.  He joined Financial Freedom when it purchased Transamerica HomeFirst, Inc. in 1999.      Since 1999 he has held several positions with Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation and served most recently as its SVP & CFO until 2008. Benedetti was employed by Transamerica HomeFirst, Inc., the largest originator and servicer of proprietary reverse mortgages, from 1996 to 1999.  He joined Transamerica HomeFirst when it purchased the reverse mortgage servicing assets of Providential Home Income Plan, Inc. in 1996. Providential was a venture capital funded company whose sole purpose was to originate and service reverse mortgage loans.    In current service as EVP of Peer Advisors LLC, he oversees accounting operations for all Peer acquisitions. Benedetti holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from San Francisco State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
